John came to the studio two years ago after experiencing chronic pain for months as a result of a herniated disc. His goal was simply to “feel better”. He never thought he’d lift over 200 lbs - as that seemed unreasonable for someone with back issues. Since then, despite the speed bump that was the pandemic, he’s put on almost 15 lbs of muscle and no longer experiences any chronic pain in his back.
